Although I still never cease to be amazed at people's grotesque ingratitude and purposeful lack of comprehension.. Treating a new someone bad...ly because a past someone treated you badly doesn't really help your situation. that's like living in the dark because you were once burned by a candle. I keep my obligations but I am in no way obliged to be a proxy punching bag for someone else's misdeeds. I am not obliged to withstand that punishment. A man's job pays a man's price. But I will not pay another persons karmic debt. All I ask is that we treat each other with kindness and respect. You want to know how to treat people? be explicit in your expectations, so there aren't any misunderstandings, because what is unspoken leads to dysfunction LOL
