Is one of my favorite quotes from 19th century French fencer Louis Justin Lafaugere. That is the flow, that is love, grip it too hard, treat it with agression you crush it and suffocate it, treat it too lightly it slips away. The feeling should be part of you, and extension of you. Perceive it and don't think, just let the feeling flow.
