sandcastle

Sandcastle.

On this beach a castle did lie,
Of kings and queens of a lullaby,
To hold back the waves as we did try,
Washed like tears in a little girls eye,
Knowing that even sandcastles must die.

The land far off can beckon,
A cutting mirage of tranquilly,
Dismiss the crimson water I reckon,
And swim from civility,

The ocean deep, dark, rough surf,
The life within hunts the prey,
Life bloods water encumbers this new birth,
Dragged down with questions weigh,

You see before you that land ,
The sharks swim in for the kill,
On the shores of heaven you stand,
Your mind like it’s life still,

You reached the shores Nirvana,
And with all the blood in the water,
Eyes wide the wound belladonna,
The ocean keeps it’s slaughter,

And from it’s hidden scorn.
With the forces you withstand,
And from it’s tapestry torn,
With heart soul and hand,
And to this vow you’ve sworn,
With all honor may demand,
And from this watery wake mourn,
Once again your are a castle of sand,
Tis bloody business being reborn,
