storm, ocean and sky

The storm, a neo-fable

Two lovers meet in lightning,
Kiss of thunder tears of rain,
Wind wracks, wave break whitening,
And to this tale arcane,

Once, The sky and sea were one,
And on horizon touch,
But jelous was the sun,
And with fire parted such,

Fires roared and flash brilliance,
Gods fears mock the earth.
Ocean reaching up to eminence,
The heavens seek rebirth,

The sun burned the water,
And the steam filled the sky,
The sky howled at the slaughter,
The seas life passion burning dry,

The sun devoured the air,
Few alive still remember,
In smoke hid the lady fair,
Her flesh torn with ember,

The sun scream and sunder,
Star sky trap yearning to be free,
In the storm one may wonder,
Does the sky still miss the sea,

The ocean made the deal,
To never have a form,
And to the save his sky appeal,
Touch only in a storm.

Tossing in turbulence,
The lonely ocean rages,
Regardless of consequence,
The storm rocks the ages,

SO to this very day,
The sea and sky await,
Their love will find a way,
To touch again tis fate……..
